How Design-Build Works

In traditional design-bid-build delivery, the architect and the contractor each report separately to the owner, leaving the owner to coordinate two parties and absorb the risk between them.

In Design-Build delivery, a single Design-Builder holds one contract with the owner and takes responsibility for planning, design, and construction together — one entity, one point of accountability. As your Design-Builder, Cimarron fills that role directly.
